We are seeking an outstanding Director of Enterprise Software Quality Assurance, Deep Learning with a background in the following to lead and grow high caliber QA teams who are dedicated on testing accelerating AI and high-performance computing applications.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide strategic guidance for all aspects of enterprise software testing. This is a hands-on senior QA management responsibilities spanning across Deep Learning Training and Professional Visualization for drivers, CUDA, Containers, Deep Learning frameworks (Caffe, Torch, Theano…), OpenGL applications and enterprise products.

  • Build and lead the world class Enterprise SWQA team to develop enterprise test plan that cover unit, component, functionality, performance, stress and stability, security, scalability, systems, and usability testing

  • Architect the Test Methodology, create the Quality KPI and take actions to drive the teams to deliver perfect quality enterprise product

  • Architect and maintain an automated testing framework that enables high quality work

  • Build a high performing enterprise SWQA organization by driving and implementing changes for continuous improvement

  • Develop shared vision and technology roadmap with partner teams. Build consensus, communicate and collaborate with partner teams on team scope and technology directions.

  • Work closely with product management, engineering stakeholders and empower tech teams to deliver outstanding and impactful results. Proactively address and solve cross-team issues, foster teamwork and collaborations.

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in CS/EE/CE or equivalent experience

  • Over 10 years of enterprise SWQA experience and test infrastructure with at least 5 years of consistent track record as SWQA Director of enterprise

  • Background with UNIX/Linux based appliances, web servers and services

  • Experience and expertise in machine learning, and other AI technologies

  • Experience working in agile development environments

  • A track record of talent leading and development for an organization of significant size

  • Influencing skills including indirect influence, leading with vision and value

  • Good analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems through analytics and data-driven approach to decision making

  • Excel at working with different time zones

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU hardware and CUDA is a strong plus

  • Comfortable in at least one programming language (C, C++) and scripting (Python/Bash/Perl)

  • Be an instrument of change

  • Passionate about quality, demonstrate high standards, and continue to drive quality improvements till perfection

  • You should have with strong analytical, trouble shooting skills , and should have high capability in driving issues to close

  • Mandarin speaking highly preferred but not required

The base salary range is $264,000 - $402,500. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
