We are engaged in the key areas of automotive business where visual computing & AI matters: AI Cockpit and Autonomous Vehicles (AV). Autonomous vehicles need a supercomputer on wheels, it's an AI & SW heavy computational challenge. There isn't an off-the-shelf platform which stands up to this challenge, so we are building our own. We are now looking for a Senior Engineer - ADAS Software Delivery.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work as part of the Delivery Operations team and work with various stakeholders to capture scope of (autonomous) driver assistance software deliveries.

  • Keep the release/delivery roadmap up to date.

  • Collect release artifacts and deliver to customers/partners.

  • Validate the integrity of the deliverables/artifacts, before sharing with customers/partners.

  • Continuously improve/automate the software delivery process.

  • Automate the process of reporting/tracking status of deliverables.

  • Handle incoming bugs and customer requests – channelize those to appropriate engineering team.

  • Create dashboards and reports to forecast the bug status.

What we need to see:

  • An engineering or computer science-related degree or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of working experience with Release/Delivery management, Defect Management etc. for embedded software project/program.

  • 3+ years of experience in customer communication/interaction.

  • Be dedicated and able to work with a minimum of supervision.

  • Have expertise in the automotive product development lifecycle, especially in Release related topics.

  • Good knowledge of process frameworks like ASPICE and ISO26262.

  • Hands-on background with requirement management tools, ticket tracking & collaboration tools (e.g. JAMA, JIRA, Confluence).

  • Hands-on experience of release/delivery management using Git, GitLab, Gerrit, Artifactory, Docker etc.

  • Excellent written and verbal and customer-facing communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work across a matrix organization.

  • Occasional travel to customers.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Background in automotive programs/projects.

  • Experience working on ADAS or autonomous driving applications and systems engineering approach.

  • Hands-on experience with scripting language e.g. bash, Python, shell etc.

  • Hands-on experience with tools related to automated build, test, and release methodologies. E.g. Git, GitLab, Gerrit, Artifactory, Docker, Bazel etc.
