Senior Machine Learning Engineer, LLM MLOps Platform

NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to onboard ML teams on our unified LLM MLOps platform by developing ML pipelines and building the platform in a way that supports a wide range of diverse use cases. NVIDIA is in an outstanding position: we are developing AI-based products across multiple domains. Our vision is to bring to bear the MLOps platform we developed for Autonomous Vehicles and apply it to other use cases: NLP, speech, recommendation systems, computer vision, healthcare.

To achieve this, we will embed ourselves into ML teams to help them develop their MLOps pipeline on to a single methodology that uses that unified platform, recognize what is common to all use cases and what is domain-specific and develop MLOps tools and features. The members of that team will realize the MLOps strategy for NVIDIA and understand both MLOps production pipelines and MLOps infrastructure in order to help us build what could be the best and most comprehensive MLOps platform in the world!

What you'll be doing:

• Support machine learning teams that deliver some of the most incredible large language model based products at NVIDIA

• Develop machine learning pipelines for those teams across the entire MLOps process: Data acquisition & ingestion, curation, labeling, preparation, training, evaluation and system validation.

• Follow the best MLOps practices of automation, monitoring, scale and safety.

• Develop a unified MLOps methodology that ML teams can follow to be highly productive and deliver safe AI products.

• Contribute to the MLOps platform and develop tools to help ML teams be more effective.

What we need to see:

• You have a Masters in Computer Architecture, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

• 4+ years of Work Experience in developing production systems.

• Proven track record to develop data-first, production machine learning pipelines.

• Experience developing machine learning tools for users

• Ability to lead technical projects from problem to solution.

• Appetite to work on broad, diverse problems as opposed to more narrowly scoped software products

The base salary range is $144,000 - $270,250.
