realworld one’s customers include several major, well-known companies such as Lonza, Illumina, ZEISS, Bio-Rad, Agilent Technologies, Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, Becton Dickinson, QIAGEN, Hologic, GEA Group, Leica Microsystems, and Tecan among many others. 
   
With its comprehensive scientific and industry expertise, realworld one has developed a systematic approach to implementing VR and AR within the areas of sales and marketing, service and support, research and development, as well as manufacturing and production.  
   
At present, the company employs around 250 people at its headquarters in Freiburg (Germany) and at other locations in Berlin (Germany), San Diego (USA), Austin (USA), Bangalore (India), and Guangzhou (China).

In order to expand our team in Freiburg (Germany), we are now looking for a talented

(Senior) Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) 

Your responsibilities:

    • Develop a unique product marketing strategy and its implementation (positioning, competitive analysis and external communication) in order to raise awareness and grow the business
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales and Marketing to determine market approach and execution
    • Great understanding of the value proposition of VR/AR software and utilizing this information to build compelling messages for customers and to train customer-facing teams on how to articulate these benefits
    • Transform product and business value into meaningful content for the use of internal teams as well as to provide an alternative solution for customers
    • Analyze data-driven marketing insights and business KPIs to understand customer needs and opportunities for improvement
    • Cooperate cross-functionally to implement data on customer needs with Development Team and Sales Team to drive successful product development
    • Develop high-quality campaigns for different stages of the product life-cycle

Your profile:

    • Strong track record in developing content for product marketing and executing these strategies
    • 3 years of experience in Product Marketing or comparable role
    • Experience in the life sciences, SaaS, pharmaceutical, analytical or processing industry is a big plus
    • Keen interest in innovative technologies with the desire to learn more about virtual and augmented reality applications
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions for complex and challenging tasks
    • Skills to translate complex technical concepts into comprehensible terms for customers
    • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills in English
