Senior Software Engineer

NVIDIA is looking for a Senior Software Developer who sees the big picture. This crucial role will give you an opportunity to participate in an open-source project widely embraced by the storage industry. You will join the storage software team. The team is responsible for exposing ground breaking hardware capabilities to high-performance, scalable, user-mode storage applications.

What you will be doing:

• Maintain and improve SPDK (Storage Performance Development Kit) - https://spdk.io/

• End-to-end responsibility for major features

• Participate in enhancing our ground breaking technology storage solutions

• Performance improvements

What we need to see:

• Academic degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 8+ years of working experience as a 5C/C++ software engineer

• 5+ years of experience serving as a core maintainer of an open-source project

• Experience in Linux & Networking

• Self and quick learning abilities

• Experience in storage protocols

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Experience in RDMA - advantage

• Understanding SoC hardware design
