Senior System Software Engineer

We are looking for a passionate, extraordinary engineer for the Metropolis team as a System Software Engineer to develop microservices that runs on Nvidia software. Come join the team and see how you can make a lasting impact on the world.

What you will be doing:

• Build scalable and distributed cloud native applications, compute, and data pipelines that process 1000s of camera or sensor data, 

• Work with architects, senior engineers, write effective, maintainable, and well-tested code.

• Collaborate closely with the architecture, research, libraries and tools teams at NVIDIA to achieve ideal results for AI problems at hand.

What we need to see:

• A Bachelors or Masters Degree in computer science related field or equivalent experience

• Worked on designing and developing software with Data Analytics, backend microservices architecture, and heterogeneous data types at scale

• Experience in python, machine learning, deep learning

• Experience in creating a pipeline using Python, Streaming, events, bots, cloud ecosystem.

• Extremely good at algorithms and data structures, time complexity

• Knowledge of Container Orchestration Systems(K8s) and Container Technology.

• Good to have background in Cloud Computing and Distributed Software design and development.

• 5+ years of relevant work experience

Ways to stand out of the crowd:

• Have experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning

• Have experience and passion for system architecture, CPU/GPU/memory/storage/networking.

• Stellar communication skills.
