NVIDIA is seeking a senior technical product manager for this exciting role to lead the end-to-end delivery of autonomous vehicle features, from definition to launch. What you will be doing:

  • Define product goals & metrics for enabling autonomous vehicle features in China.

  • Create roadmap and quantitative milestones for achieving product goals, and lead the execution by driving alignment across teams.

  • Coordinate the development & testing activities required for efficient iterations, adapt and scale-up processes for new driving locations and increasing product complexity.

  • Methodically evaluate product performance and sign-off product increments.

  • Prioritize the most critical activities required for the product's success, and work with relevant engineering teams to ensure they are completed.

  • Maintain a pulse on the overall health of the workstream, representing its progress to the broader team and proactively mitigating/communicating risks as early as possible.

What we need to see:

  • Master Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar or related role.

  • Familiarity with at least one autonomous vehicle domain such as L2.5+ / ADAS / active safety / parking.

  • Demonstrated ability to formulate, track and adjust complex plans with multiple workstreams and inter-dependencies.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across large organizations.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience working in a software development environment.

  • Track record of leading SOP launch of autonomous vehicle features to users.

  • Experience with start-ups and/or early-stage products.
