Senior Technical Program Manager, Co-packaged Optics

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive the definition and execution of multi-disciplinary CPO (co-packaged optics) programs. You will partner with development, test, and production teams, and lead vendors to deliver groundbreaking co-packaged optics solutions.
What you will be doing:
Matrix management of multi-disciplinary programs that define, design, manufacture, and validate co-packaged optics products
Collaborate with NVIDIA hardware and software engineering teams, and with NVIDIA partners to design, manufacture, integrate, and deploy co-packaged optics products and resolve issues
Report program status to senior management, identify and resolve critical path and bottle-necks, define, and lead execution to ensure delivery on scope/schedule/budget
Develop, implement, and use methodologies and project management processes to accelerate decision-making
What we need to see:
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics with 7+ years of overall experience.
Hands-on experience in Hardware development that includes high-precision Optical-Mechanical products
Experience in running multi-functional program teams, vendors, and partners worldwide
Organized and able to facilitate deep technical discussions toward decisions
Fluent in English and Hebrew
Ways to stand out of the crowd:
Experience in developing or validating silicon-photonics packaging solutions
Familiar with IC design or IC testing
Experience in developing or validating high-precision Electro-Optical products
Knowledge in High-speed electrical designs
knowledge in ramping hardware volume production
