Senior UI Engineer

NVIDIA is searching for a highly motivated software engineer for the team that is building a next gen Network management and Telemetry system in cloud using modern design principles at internet scale. It will be a highly scalable, modern network operations toolset that provides visibility, troubleshooting, validation and telemetry for Ethernet and InfiniBand networks.  We are looking for an experienced hands-on leader with expertise in Cloud Applications and on-device tools to collect telemetry data.

What you'll be doing:

• Design, develop, validate, maintain, release, and operate Javascript, HTML and CSS implementations.

• Have an eye for high usability and advocate UX patterns with customer/user focus.

• Be open to work on completely alien technologies or new areas of the product.

• Be passionate, self-driven and able to excel with minimum supervision.

• Proactively tackle and solve hard problems with high success rate.

• Take complete ownership of your designated work from design to deployment.

• Collaborate with Product Management and rest of the engineering team to deliver the products and features.

• Bring data to the table and innovation into every solution being shipped.

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or working experience in a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years in frontend engineering roles.

• Experience with Javascript, HTML5, CSS3.

• 2+ years of working knowledge on frameworks like Angular, VueJS, or ReactJS.

• 2+ years of experience on anyone of TypeScript, Redux, RxJS, or NgRx.

• Exhaustive experience in using Git as version control.

• Loves continuous deployment and unwilling to push code without unit tests.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Open to learn other languages including (but not limited) to Scala.

• Good at consuming large blocks of information from written word and able to write technical documents, when required.

• Passion to stay at the cutting edge and employ new technologies wherever relevant.

• Preferably worked on d3. Plus points if handled complex data visualizations about computer networks.
