Senior Yield Analyst

What you'll be doing:
Regularly analyze yield loss and device outlier sources.
Coordinate EFA and PFA activity, working closely with foundry managers and FA teams to set priorities, drive progress, and communicate key results.
Enable effective and efficient use of SiFA EFA equipment by working with commercial EDA software and EFA tool vendors. This includes maximizing EFA productivity thru integration of features available in commercial EDA software into SiFA workflows.
Work with our in-house software development team to build and improve the debug and analysis tools we use.
What we need to see:
Master's, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience
Good programming knowledge including one or more of the following; SQL, R, Perl, or Python.
Knowledge of fault modeling Stuck-at, Transition, Path Delay, Gate-Exhaustive, IDDQ, and other advanced DFT models.
Someone who is self-motivated and detail oriented with strong teamwork, problem solving and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with diagnosis and failure analysis work
Background in JTAG, MBIST, Scan Compression, ATPG, Fault Simulation and at-speed testing is a plus.
Knowledge in memory defect models and test algorithms is a plus.
