System Design Automation Software Team Manager

NVIDIA is searching for an outstanding software engineering to lead the Systems Design Automation (SDA) team. As a SDA team leader at NVIDIA, you will be manage a team of SW Engineers in providing solution to a variety of problems and will be required to assume end-to-end ownership to deliver automation tools and frameworks that offer a complete solution. What you’ll be doing:

• Manage a team of SW engineers in identifying needs and developing tools, responsible for team members goals, career growth, development , and performance

• Work closely with different product design teams (both local and worldwide) to understand their needs and problems, define solutions and then deliver state of the art tools

• Develop code on various operating systems and platforms, using different programming languages, to suit your targets, using state of the art code development and release methods

• Build and deliver tool documentation, training, and support

• Demonstrate technical leadership and identify, and optimally promote opportunities to improve design engineering efficiency and quality

What we need to see:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 5+ years of programming experience over Python (or similar programming languages)

• 1+ years of management experience

• Strong problem solving, debugging, analysis and logical reasoning skills

• Demonstrate excellent and direct communication and self-learning skills

• Good written and verbal interpersonal skills – allowing effective and clear communication of knowledge and ideas (in English)

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Fundamental understanding of SQL and relational databases with proven skill in writing SQL queries

• Experience using and building web services for data delivery with REST APIs

• Web development experience with CSS, HTML5, Flask, Bootstrap, and various Javascript libraries

• Hands-on knowledge of Linux shell commands and bash scripts

• Technical knowledge in electrical components and circuits, PCB design, simulations, report generation
