We are now looking for an Android Systems Software Engineer! Join Android software platform team that crafts and builds industry-leading technologies for cloud gaming and consumer entertainment products. You should have a proven track record of strong software development experiences including design, documentation, quick prototyping, code review, build process and test automation while leading the activities, communication and collaboration vital for successful product releases.
What you’ll be doing:
While working in the agile team, you will deep dive into the whole Android graphics software stacks which be compatible with the core system software components.
As a system software engineer, you will craft, develop, and debug functional aspects of our cloud gaming solutions on top of NVIDIA GPU technologies. And,
Performance engineering is also a significant area where your crucial contribution is encouraged for the best user experiences.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience
Deep understanding on kernel internals (process scheduling, virtual memory, file systems and device I/O and virtualization)
Strong skills in performance engineering and system-level debugging
Hands-on experience on display, graphics and multimedia technologies
Experience on virtualization technologies like KVM, QEMU, Xen and other hypervisors
Strong cross domain knowledge on system software and 2D/3D graphics
Considerable programming experience in C/C++ and Java
Strong Computer Science fundamentals and problem solving skills
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Android graphics or OpenGL experience is a major plus
Practical experience in modifying Android internal components and adding new features
Practical experience on Android game development with game engines like Unity
Experience in open source software contribution

The base salary range is $144,000 - $270,250. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
